Gingery Strawberry and Oat

The combination of flavors in this smoothie will make you want to get up early just to make it! Ingredients 

¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup plain, low fat Greek yogurt
½ cup ice
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Method
